Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhatsChat, a WhatsApp chat widget service operated by us. By creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms.

The service

WhatsChat lets you embed a WhatsApp click-to-chat widget on your website. The widget opens a WhatsApp conversation between your website visitor and your own WhatsApp number using standard WhatsApp deep links. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use WhatsChat to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via WhatsApp
• Impersonate another person or business
• Violate WhatsApp's own Terms of Service or Business Policy
• Engage in illegal activity, harassment, or fraud
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the usage limits shown on our pricing page.
• The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Intellectual property

We own the WhatsChat product, including the widget script, dashboard, and branding. You own the content you configure inside your widgets (messages, brand assets you upload).

Disclaimers

WhatsChat is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. WhatsApp's own availability and policies are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WhatsChat. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WhatsChat after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
